Dignity & Respect
Every person deserves to be valued, seen, and treated with unconditional human regard.
Empowering lives through meaningful work — creating opportunities for persons with lived mental health experience and neurodivergent individuals.
The Origin
Moner Kaj was born from the real-life experience of Dr. Tanjir Rashid Soron, a psychiatrist who witnessed firsthand how his patients struggled to find employment after treatment. Without work, they lost dignity, voice, and value within their own families.
Determined to change this paradigm, Dr. Soron created Moner Kaj — a platform where persons with lived experience can learn, work, and lead productive lives under supportive environments tailored to their distinct neurotypes and life journeys.
“Employment isn't just about income. It is the path to dignity, community integration, and long-term therapeutic progress.”
— Dr. Tanjir Rashid Soron, Founder of Moner Kaj
